More file formats

Today you can bring in CSV, XES (.xes, .xes.gz) and OCEL 2.0 (.jsonocel, OCEL SQLite), and export a whole dataset as OCEL 2.0. Next:

• Excel / XLSX import
• JSON ingestion

A read-only role

A workspace has owners, admins, members and guests, and every one of those can change something. A viewer role — able to read the analysis and change nothing — is next, for the people who need the numbers without the ability to move them.

Alert delivery

Rules already record what should never happen and count how often it does, but you have to open the project to find out. Being told instead — on a schedule, or when a rule starts firing — is on the way.

Self-serve billing

Plans are arranged with us directly at the moment. Managing a plan from inside the product is planned.
