A Guided Demo Tour

The example demo now walks you through a real finding step by step, on the process map itself.

Features

  • •One map-first tour with Back and Next, opening with what the data is, and case notes docked beside the map
  • •Map lines pulse to show what each step is talking about, and the map key lights up the matching part of the graph
  • •"Show me those orders" types the filter into Active Filters before applying it, so you see how the group was made
  • •Restart demo puts the map back as it started
  • •The tour works on phones

Website Tracker: App Pages, Session Labels and Team Opt-Out

The fm.js tracker now fits web apps as well as websites: record pages collapse into one step, you can label each visit with who it is, and your own team stays out of the numbers.

Features

  • •data-collapse-ids="true" turns /orders/8123 and /orders/8124 into one step, "Viewed /orders/:id"; path patterns now accept a * in the middle too
  • •FlowMyna.register({ plan, role }) labels the visit: the properties land on the Session, filterable like any attribute
  • •FlowMyna.optOut({ dropSession: true }) when a staff member signs in keeps that browser out for good and deletes the visit so far
  • •A ?fm_opt_out=1 link opts out any device where your team never signs in

Saved Metrics in Compare

Compare now measures the metrics you have already defined on both groups, so a comparison answers in your own terms as well as the page's.

Features

  • •Up to six saved metrics, promoted ones first, measured for each group: both values in the metric's unit, the number of objects each rests on, and the change coloured by which way is good
  • •A metric that follows from how a group was defined stays visible but muted, so it is never read as a finding
  • •The plain-English summary can cite a saved metric when it moved meaningfully, and the phrase links to its tile
  • •The page opens with what is compared and the summary; Saved metrics is the first folded section, its one-line header naming the metrics that moved most

Filters Say What They Select

Every saved filter can now describe, in plain English, exactly which objects it selects, and filters can measure time right up to the end of your data.

Features

  • •"What this selects" on each saved filter: one to three sentences written from the stored conditions alone, never from the request that created it, so it reads what the filter really does
  • •Describe or Describe again from the Filters page; a new filter is described as soon as it is saved, and the description sits above the filter's conditions
  • •The same description appears in the filter chip's tooltip, on Compare's saved-filter sides, and when the Co-Pilot applies a saved filter
  • •Filters on time elapsed up to now: "blocked for more than 30 days", "no activity in the last 14 days", "open and older than 90 days", "created more than a month ago and never invoiced"

Map Nodes Count Every Visit

The green number on a map node now counts every time the step happened, on the same basis as the arrows, so the arrows entering a node add up to it.

Changes

  • •Green = arrivals: how many times the step happened for the objects in view, repeats included; a green number above the cohort size is rework
  • •The node panel shows Objects, the distinct count, beside Arrivals, with the number of repeat visits; inflow and outflow rows add up to Arrivals
  • •The Co-Pilot and the MCP map summary report both figures, so what they quote matches what is on the map

See How Your Data Connects

Every project home page now shows its object types and how they link to one another, drawn from the data you loaded rather than from the import's guess.

Features

  • •One box per object type with its object count and the event types it carries; types with no events of their own are marked as reference data
  • •Each link ends in 1 or N, worked out from the actual data, and hovering it reads a plain sentence: how many of one thing another can have, what is typical, and what share of each side is linked
  • •The same picture opens from the lens menu in the header on any page, drawn from the current lens outwards; pick a type there to switch lens
  • •Click a type to open the Objects page on that lens
  • •The home page now reads as inventory: objects, events, what you have defined (metrics, rules, enrichments, completion) and saved filters, none of which change with filters — the cycle-time and completion figures live on Health, under a live cohort count

Describe a Comparison

Compare now takes a comparison in plain language, and the card at the top says exactly which groups are measured against each other.

Features

  • •Type "blocked more than once vs never blocked" and both sides fill in, with a one-line reading of what was understood; a group named alone is compared with everything else
  • •A "What's compared" card under the pickers: the two groups drawn to scale, the sentence that states the comparison, and a legend with the counts every tile uses
  • •When one group sits inside the other you can switch between comparing it with the rest or with the whole, and the page remembers the choice for that pair
  • •Picker options explain themselves — a name and a one-line definition — grouped into this session, suggested, and saved filters
  • •Described sides can be kept as saved filters; links can open Compare with a description or two saved filters already in place

Compare in Plain English

The Compare page now opens with a written summary of what sets one group apart from another, and shows exactly which group is measured against which.

Features

  • •A summary at the top of Compare that leads with what differs: a one-line headline, two to four findings with the figures behind each, and a question about where to look next
  • •The rest of the page folds to one line per section, each naming its biggest difference, so the whole comparison reads in a couple of screens
  • •Every number in the summary is checked against the page's own figures before it appears, and phrases link to the card they came from
  • •A diagram of how the two cohorts overlap, with a plain sentence naming the comparison bases
  • •Copy the summary as text, or ask for it to be rewritten

Collaborator Role

A new platform role for working with people outside your workspace. Bring consultants and partners into specific projects with the right level of access.

Features

  • •Collaborator role for external project members
  • •Joins Owner, Admin, Member and Guest in role-based access control
  • •Invitations can be resent

OCEL 2.0 & XES Import and Export

Highlights

  • •Deterministic XES and OCEL 2.0 import
  • •Whole-dataset OCEL 2.0 export
  • •Clean round-trips with other process mining tools

Parallel Process Tracks

Processes with concurrent lanes, like an approval running beside fulfilment, are now first-class. Flow Myna detects parallel tracks automatically, and you can also declare them by hand; maps, variants and the copilot all understand them.

Highlights

  • •Automatic parallel-track detection with a one-click suggestion
  • •Manual track builder for declaring lanes yourself
  • •Lane visual identity on the map, with a critical-path callout
  • •Variants and copilot answers respect track structure

Durational Events: Service Time vs Waiting Time

Events with a start and an end are now modelled properly, so the map can tell you how long work actually took versus how long it sat waiting. That distinction is what most process questions turn on.

Features

  • •Service time on nodes, waiting time on edges
  • •Timeline renders durational events as ranges with a running state
  • •Service-time charts and node badges

Faster First Run & Variant Signature Filters

Getting started is dramatically faster: seeded example projects, one-click sample uploads, and ingest that lands you straight on a process map. Plus variants you can turn into filters with one click, and a sharper way to scope which data a project sees.

Features

  • •Seeded example projects and sample uploads, first insight in minutes
  • •Use a variant selection as a filter, with a With/Without toggle
  • •Data Scope: cluster-grouped type pickers and terminal-event scoping
  • •Session-local view toggles: explore freely, persist deliberately
  • •In-app feedback widget

SLA Targets, Span Analysis & Performance at Scale

Set throughput targets and see bottlenecks judged against them instead of raw averages, measure the delay between any two events, and feel the platform stay smooth on much larger datasets.

Highlights

  • •SLA targets: a throughput target is a rule, and Durations is SLA-aware
  • •Span analyzer: delay distribution between any two events
  • •Health page log statistics: start and end activities, events per object, in-flight KPI
  • •Deep performance work for smooth analysis on 100k+ object datasets

Compare, Durations & Rules Pages; Metrics Grow Up

Three new analysis pages, saved metric definitions with grouping and time windows, event-attribute filtering end to end, and a process crop that works one-sided.

Features

  • •Compare page with a behavioural-differences section; Durations and Rules pages
  • •Saved metrics: group-by with numeric binning, time windows and time buckets
  • •Filter and explain by event attributes, in natural language too
  • •Process crop: one-sided (start-only or end-only), applied on every page

Interleaved Multi-Object Views

See how different object types' events weave together in one map. This is the heart of object-centric process mining: the order and the invoice and the shipment, on one timeline. Primary and ghost object types keep context without clutter.

Highlights

  • •Interleaved views combine events across related object types
  • •Primary and ghost object types for focus with context
  • •Attribute filter selection with edge highlighting

Cross-Object Filtering & a Clearer Mapping Review

Filter objects by conditions on their related objects, multiple hops away, and review the AI's data mapping in a flattened, readable layout before anything is committed.
